4. AI & Automated Processing

4.1 Use of AI

The Services use artificial intelligence technologies to generate and enrich text, image, and video content based on Customer Content and instructions provided by users.

AI processing occurs only at the direction of the customer and for the purpose of delivering the requested Services.

4.2 Customer Instructions & Re-Enrichment

Customers may provide specific instructions to refine or re-enrich previously generated content (for example, requesting improvements to tone, structure, attributes, or formatting).

Such instructions:

  • Are provided voluntarily by the customer
  • Are processed only to fulfil the specific request made
  • May be applied either:
    • To a single enrichment instance, or
    • To update ongoing AI prompt preferences, where explicitly selected by the customer

We do not apply persistent changes to AI behaviour without customer action.

4.3 Use and Retention of Instructions

Customer instructions are treated as part of Customer Content and:

  • Are not used to train public or general-purpose AI models
  • Are not shared with other customers
  • Are processed only in accordance with contractual and legal obligations

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of:

  • Performance of a contract
  • Legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services
  • Compliance with legal obligations

Processing is always carried out in accordance with documented customer instructions.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • AI model providers (strictly to deliver the Services)
  • Payment processors
